LCA employment, internship and fellowship opportunities with Meta, THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT, and Women’s eNews.

Meta Diverse Production Assistant Initiative

Meta taps LCA as its exclusive disability talent pipeline for the diverse Production Assistant (PA) initiative. One of only four national talent pipelines, LCA has successfully placed PAs with disabilities for four Meta productions since 2019, with the most recent shoot in Los Angeles in September 2022. Meta requires its advertising and marketing firms to commit to hiring diverse PAs from under-represented and multiply-marginalized communities – a vital entry-level position for anyone wanting to pursue a media career.
