EIN SOF is proud to have been Disability Strategic Marketing Consultant to Bank of America’s Accessible Banking Division to advise on several disability-related ads, direct mail and collaterals for improved images and advertising copy, including the Combined Federal Campaign that was a co-venture with Accessible Banking and Military Banking. It also helped design, edit copy and select disability-savvy images for a Bank of America “Refer A Friend” campaign and promotional tie-in with the National Spinal Cord Injury Association (NSCIA).

During that time, Bank of America was the only corporation to acknowledge October as National Disability Awareness Month on the company’s homepage of its Website.  In collaboration with Joseph Craig, then-Senior Vice President of Nielsen National Research Group independent (NRGi), as part of EIN SOF/NRGi’s Disability Community Market Research Initiative, we conducted focus groups to gain rich qualitative insights into the success of the Bank’s accessible banking products and services.

EIN SOF also guided the VP of Accessible Banking toward engagement with national disability organizations in the form of presentations, strategic alliances and sponsorships.
