For the past three years, EIN SOF has been working with the ADA National Network and its critically-acclaimed Hospitality Initiative with its strategic marketing and outreach of its excellent resources, webinars and trainings. The ADA National Network is Federally funded thru U.S. Department of Education’s, National Institute on Disability Rehabilitation and Research (NIDRR). In addition to its Hospitality Initiative, the ADA National Network is an employment resource for ADA questions.

The ADA National Network  of regional ADA Centers launched this Initiative to promote accessibility and opportunity for people with disabilities within the hospitality industry. This project offers targeted materials, resources, and training to help hospitality businesses expand their market share by effectively reaching and serving customers with disabilities. Materials and services are also designed to assist lodging and food service employers recruit, hire, and retain qualified workers with disabilities. EIN SOF collaborated with Marian Vessels, director of the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center to create an article in Lodging Magazine, the official publication of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as well as building projects and strategic alliances with major hotel brands and industry association.
